Grammy award-winning mastering engineer Alan Douches has been working as a professional audio engineer for 25+ years. He has mastered over 16,000 albums with artists in practically every genre of music.
He began as an assistant to Jack Douglas and many others at New Jersey’s Grand Slam Studio. It was here that he learned the audio trade on a classic Neve 8038 board and eventually became a Senior Staff Engineer.

Alan has been hired to speak at various colleges like William Patterson and Johns Hopkins University and has sat on many professional panels at music festivals.
